A 50% deposit secures your booking, with the final balance due three weeks before your photo shoot.

Absolutely — we love destination photography! New locations ignite our creativity, and we’re always excited to travel wherever your love story takes us. Based in Mombasa, at the heart of the Kenyan Coast, we frequently visit stunning locations like Diani, Vipingo, Watamu, and Malindi, and we also travel to iconic destinations such as Maasai Mara, Giraffe Manor, Lamu, Zanzibar, and Serengeti. To ensure everything runs smoothly, we arrive a day early to scout your venue and stay until the day after the event. This allows us to deliver a seamless, stress-free experience. Travel costs, including accommodation and transport for our team, are calculated as a fixed fee based on your location and event duration, and are added to your selected photography package.

We know how exciting it is to receive your photos, and we always aim to deliver them as promptly as possible. Turnaround times vary depending on the package you’ve selected. For standard sessions, image delivery typically takes 4-6 weeks from your event date. If you’ve opted for our popular Express Delivery service, your gallery will be ready within 1 week. We do not provide RAW files, as they only represent a fraction of the work we put into creating your images. Our signature style comes to life through our careful culling and editing process, ensuring each photo reflects the artistry and quality that defines our brand. We remove test shots, duplicates, blinks, and anything out of focus, delivering only fully edited, refined images. However, if you’d like to discuss receiving the RAW files, we’d be happy to have a conversation and understand your specific needs.

While we enhance your images by smoothing skin and removing any noticeable distractions, we never alter your true appearance. Our aim is to highlight your natural beauty, showcasing your best and most authentic self.

We’re confident you’ll fall in love with your photos, and we believe everyone else will too! With your permission, we may share select images from your event on our website and social media. Additionally, many of our couples have had the exciting opportunity to be featured in prestigious magazines like Munaluchi Bridal, Style Me Pretty, and other renowned publications, subject to the magazine’s editorial choices and your approval. However, if you prefer to keep your event private, we offer the option to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) as an added service, ensuring your photos remain exclusive to you with no public sharing. Whatever you choose, we are here to respect your wishes and ensure this experience is as special as you deserve.

Whether it’s an intimate gathering or a large celebration with up to 1,000 guests, we have the expertise and flexibility to tailor our approach to fit your vision.

Yes, we do! We believe in the lasting value of tangible memories — beautifully printed pieces that allow you to relive your special day for years to come and share them with loved ones. We also offer our signature UK and Turkey luxury albums, artisanal masterpieces crafted with care and attention to detail. These albums feature 40-80 pages in a 4.5×4.5-inch, 8×8-inch, 10×10-inch, and 12×12-inch format, showcasing your most cherished photos alongside additional text to tell the full story of your day. If you’d like extra copies, they can easily be added to your package.
